Customer Service Manager.

We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to work at our Infant Feeding business based in the North East of England . Your role will involve providing customers and consumers with the best level of support, service and experience possible.

Key tasks will be making sure customers, suppliers and consumers are handled in a friendly, useful and professional way. Managing complaints, product information support, web sale orders and general enquires are all important daily functions as well as organising and managing consumer competitions and giveaways.

It's equally important for you to build a good working knowledge and understanding of the products and quality policies to offer the end consumer the best possible advice and service. The role involves many duties which could vary from day to day; a flexible approach is required. For example, these could be building effective customer relations or more complex customer/consumer enquiries, complaints and analysis of trends. Other duties can vary but the job can include financial responsibilities, stock ordering and taking part in special customer promotions or events.
