Shipping & Delivery:

NubyTM delivers to UK mainland addresses and Ireland only. If you have further questions regarding NubyTM's ability to deliver to your address, please call our customer careline on freephone 0800 334 5844.

Orders received are processed between Monday and Friday. Deliveries will be made by DPD and costs are a flat rate.

Standard Delivery:

£4.50 to the UK Mainland Recorded Delivery via DPD within 5 business days for orders under £15.  During busy periods this can extend to 7-10 working days

​£15.00 to UK Offshore via DPD Recorded Delivery.

£15.00 to Ireland by International Signed For Delivery within 5-10 business days for all orders.  Free shipping does not apply for orders placed outside of mainland UK.

Free Shipping:

Free Shipping on Nuby orders of £15 or more UK mainland only (sent within 3-5 business days). Free shipping offer is valid for internet orders and is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Process

Any orders placed after 9am on a Friday will be processed the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday and therefore will be processed on the Tuesday.

We will endeavor to process orders the day after receipt of your order (Mon-Thur), however at busy/promotional periods orders will take up to 2 working days to be processed before being handed to DPD for delivery.

Return Policy:

All goods sold and fulfilled on must be returned unopened, unused and in re-sellable condition within 30 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.

NubyTM UK LLP does not accept returns of individual pieces, originally part of a kit, pack or set.

All electrical goods must be returned unused or in re-sellable condition with all electrical accessories including but not exclusive to power leads and converters.

For hygienic purposes NubyTM UK LLP does not accept returns of replacement spouts, covers, teats and breast pump valves unless faulty at purchase .
